How to Connect Your Bank Account
A step-by-step guide to completing Stripe Connect setup as a LimmudLink tutor.

Click "Connect Bank Account"
On your tutor dashboard or during the application process, click the Connect Bank Account button. You'll be redirected to Stripe to complete setup.
Create or log in to your Stripe account
If you already have a Stripe account, log in. Otherwise, enter your email and create a new one.
Select "Personal" when asked about account type
Stripe will ask whether you're setting up a business or personal account. Choose Personal — you are tutoring as an individual, not a registered business.
Enter your personal details
Fill in your legal name, date of birth, home address, and last 4 digits of your SSN (or full SSN if requested). This is required by US financial regulations.
Set your website to "limmudlink.com"
Stripe will ask for the website where you sell your services. Enter: limmudlink.com — this is the platform where your tutoring services are listed.
Add your bank account
Enter your bank's routing number and your account number, or link your bank directly through Stripe's instant verification.
Complete and return
After finishing setup, Stripe will redirect you back to LimmudLink. Your profile will become publicly visible once Stripe has verified your account.
After setup
Stripe verification is usually instant, but can take up to 24 hours. Once verified, your profile will automatically become visible to students searching on LimmudLink.
